Catering Options
We offer flexible catering options to suit your event’s needs, whether you’re looking for a casual bite or an elegant dining experience. You can choose any caterer of your choice, or take advantage of our preferred supplier:
- If you prefer a recommended option, we suggest Piquant Catering, led by Justine Nicholls. Justine and her team are familiar with the venue and can assist with the logistics of your event. You can reach Justine at justine@piquant.com.au or 0407 254 240 to discuss your catering needs.
Our preferred partners are experienced with the venue, which can make pre- and post-event logistics easier to manage. However, you are welcome to bring in any caterer you choose. Whatever your selection, we’re here to ensure your catering perfectly complements your event!
Beverages Options
In line with the Club’s regulations, an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) licensed individual must remain in control of the bar throughout your event, and this person cannot be one of your guests. You have several options for managing the bar at your event:
- Purchase Your Own Drinks: You are welcome to purchase all the drinks for your event. In this case, you’ll need to hire a qualified barman to manage the bar. We can assist you with this, or your caterer may be able to provide bar staff.
- Food & Beverage Package: Choose a comprehensive food and beverage package from your caterer to simplify your planning and ensure a seamless experience.
- Mobile Bar Services: Engage one of the many mobile bar services available to provide a fully-equipped, professional bar setup for your event.
With these options, we’ll ensure your beverage service is handled smoothly and professionally, leaving you to focus on enjoying your celebration!
Decorating Options
Bring your event to life with stunning décor that reflects your style and vision. Whether you prefer a DIY approach or want to enlist professional help, we offer a range of options to suit your needs:
- Bring Your Own Decorator: You’re welcome to bring in a decorator of your choice to personalize the space according to your preferences.

Whether you’re dreaming of a magical fairyland or a sophisticated cocktail party, Rebecca can transform the venue to suit any theme.
