Whether it’s a wedding, party, corporate function, or community gathering, our venue offers flexible spaces and friendly support to bring your vision to life. Here’s how to get started:

1. Check the Date
Start by checking our availability calendar to see if your preferred date is free.

2. Contact Us
Once you’ve found your date, reach out with a few key details:
• Your preferred date
• Type of event
• Approximate number of guests

3. We’ll Respond Within 24 Hours
You’ll hear back from us within 24 hours with availability confirmation, information about our venue, and our rates.
If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please follow up to ensure we received your enquiry.

Want to see the space before making a decision? We’d be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Site visits are available by appointment only. Please email or call to schedule a time that suits you.

1. Complete the Application to Hire Form
Submit the form as soon as possible. This gives us all the details we need to set up your booking.

2. Receive Your Quote & Invoice
We’ll send you a quote and an invoice for your initial deposit.

3. Pay Your Deposit
Secure your booking by paying the deposit via direct deposit to the Hunters Hill Sailing Club.
Please include your surname and invoice number as a payment reference.
Note: Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.

4. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before your event.

• No deposit = no booking — Dates are only held once payment is received.
• Full payment = confirmed booking.
• Cancellation fees apply — Please review the hiring agreement carefully.
